helllooooooo everyone! I’m writing this post from California, after speaking at Reese Witherspoon’s conference this weekend, which was so much fun. I have truthfully been running myself a little into the ground, so I’m excited to get back to New York today, focus on developing some more recipes for you all for fall, and try to have some semblance of routine before the holidays creep up.
Anyway, I slept 9 hours last night (unheard of), woke up at 6am (very heard of), and the first thing on my mind, were these:
No-Bake Apple Crumble Bars with Apple Cinnamon Date Caramel! I developed these a couple weeks ago, thinking I’d be allllll productive with my recipes for fall, only to have life get away from me and regrettably not having any time to share them until now. But they were worth the wait, I promise!
I loved the idea of making an Apple Crumble bar no-bake, because at first, it sounds sort of impossible, but then when you make an apple cinnamon date caramel for the toasted oat crumble to sit atop and a chewy cinnamon maple-coconut sugar crust, well… it seems to make sense.
These are perfect to keep in your freezer for a sweet little bite, are easy to make, and you’ll want to put my apple cinnamon date caramel on everything, I promise. This is also a great vegan & gluten-free recipe for fall!
