New branding, a new guest, and a new episode. Let’s GO.
If you haven’t already, it would mean the WORLD to me if you hit subscribe on the YouTube channel…it takes a second for you, but means the world to me :) THANK YOU!
If this is the first time you’re hearing of my show On The Menu, not to worry — you can watch the first two episodes here:
Andrew Garfield and Florence Pugh are On The Menu
Tom Holland is On The Menu
The format takes a guest on an interview journey in the format of a menu (appetizer questions, entrée questions, and dessert questions). I am so excited to share that the third episode of On The Menu is now live, featuring my friend, the wonderful Heidi Gardner.
NEW! Heidi Gardner is On The Menu. WATCH HERE.
Each time an episode airs, I’ll be sharing a sneak peek with my UP TO DATE community. So stay tuned! I’ve got more exciting guests coming up in the next few weeks…
making the show
Those close to me know that I’ve been doing on-camera interviews for about 12 years, starting with press junket interviews in San Francisco during the time that I was studying at Berkeley. I was able to interview actors like Jason Bateman, Eddie Redmayne, and more, and I REALLY hope you don’t google that because those videos are, in fact, alive and well - though I truly wish they were dead. Lol.
All this to say, this is a format I’ve been wanting to return to for a LONG time. Long form video and television feels like my home! I’m feeling so happy about being back to this kind of work - this time, produced by me (with the help of my incredible team!), which is a challenge and change in and of itself.
I sometimes struggle with overthinking a product instead of actually just launching it, which is what I had been doing with this show for years. Pressing play on something, despite not having it necessarily fully fleshed out is a scary thing to do, but it’s better than no movement, every time.
That being said, it’s never too late to evolve what you’re doing, which is why On The Menu has a completely new look! I can’t wait to share everything that’s in store for episodes to come.

It was so fun to interview Heidi for this episode because, as I said in the show, she knows way too much about me. It was my first time having a friend on the show, and we had such a great time. We shot at Pearl Box in New York, which if you haven’t been, you should definitely check it out — it’s SUCH a beautiful space.
I admire Heidi’s work, creativity, and humor so much. She’s truly the coolest. More than all of it, I value her friendship and kindness immensely. It was such a treat to sit down with her and chat about life, work, Saturday Night Live, and so much more.
subscribe to the YouTube Channel here. It just takes a second for you, but helps me a lot. Thank you :)

Until next time! Thank you for watching!!!! <3
