I’m admittedly not a massive pumpkin fiend in general, but let me tell you - I’d eat this loaf every day, any where, at any time of the year. Let me sell you, if this picture hasn’t already…
The texture of the bread itself is pillowy and soft, don’t be surprised if you want to trade in your pillow for this instead
It’s filled with melty chocolate chips and crunchy pecans so every bite is objectively fun to eat
Pumpkin and pumpkin spice are involved, and if you’re not the biggest fan, I promise it’s not overpowering but subtle and complementary to the chocolate and pecans.
I love this loaf so much - I’ve been baking it as holiday treats for friends, but know it would also be perfect served on Thanksgiving, or even warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
