Charred Honey-Lime Tahini Brussels Sprouts with Toasted Breadcrumbs
the only way I will ever eat a bsprout ever again
There’s something about a charred Brussels sprout that really gets me going, I don’t feel anything, like literally no emotion, for a Brussels sprout that looks like, well, a Brussels sprout. But shredded or finely sliced, charred to a crisp, and tossed in a tangy, sweet sauce? Where should I sign?
These Brussels sprouts are truly insane, and I think we all know it’s tough to envision a thanksgiving without a Bsprout. Luckily, I will never leave you high and dry in the Brussels department. This is, hands down, my absolute favorite preparation of them. They’re crispy and delicious, perfect to serve as a side to the mains, or to snack on straight up. I even like to toss these sprouts in a next-day leftover salad with some sweet potatoes and kale.
Enjoy!!! bsprouts forever
